Who prints my orders?

Since 2018, I have been using a fantastic professional print company in Clacton-on-Sea, who have consistently delivered a top quality product and service for me at a very reasonable price. As an artist of 20+ years standing, I know my onions when it comes to judging print quality and so TRUST ME when I say, you will be receiving the best of the best.

How long does shipping take?

From the moment you place your order, I am on the case with sending the request to the printer (usually within 48 hours) and there turn-around time is within 7-10 working days from then.

Is my payment secure?

The payment methods offered on this website are the same ones trusted worldwide with all of the necessary encryption and privacy standards in place. So yes, your payment is secure.

Can I return my order?

No, all my listings offer unframed prints only. The gallery pictures show AI-generated wall art and room mock-ups to give examples of how each print might look on a wall within an interior.

Are the picture frames in the listings included?

If, in the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your print, you must contact me at your earliest opportunity to report the complaint, within 14 days of receiving it.

You may return the print to me in the first instance in the state it arrived, so that I can assess the issue before contacting the print company.

Refunds will be issued in the event of not being able to reach a satisfactory resolution. Please refer to my 'Shipping & Returns' policy here.
